Join our Sommelier Daniela DaSuta who will guide you through "Bubbles and Burgundy in the Library" experience with the following wines:
The wine tasting will be paired with flavorful bites by Chef Sophie Lynn.
You will learn about Burgundy's star grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, about Crus and Appellations in Burgundy, how natural factors influence wine’s taste, style and ageability and so much more…
You will even be able to know what to plan for your next trip to Burgundy and Château de Pommard’s historic estate at the end of the event.

About Château de Pommard
Established in 1726, Château de Pommard is a historic Burgundian wine estate with the largest privately-owned estate vineyard in the region, the Clos Marey-Monge. In 2019, the vineyard was certified as biodynamic, and continues to produce some of the most impressive Pinot Noir from Pommard. In addition to maintaining a vineyard and tasting room, Château de Pommard is currently constructing a luxury boutique hotel, wine school, and farm-to-table restaurant.
About your Sommelier
Sommelier Daniela DaSuta has been a personal Wine Advisor for Chateau de Pommard for 3 years. She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Wines from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust and specializes in delivering captivating yet approachable wine tastings and presentations. A previous winery owner, she is proud to represent boutique grower dedicated to sustainable farming.
About our Chef
Dallas native Chef, Sophie Lynn loves showcasing her passion for food and wine, while also highlighting her local community. She was trained in Michelin star restaurants and she worked at Blue Hill Stone Barns with famous chef Dan Barber. She opened Trova Wine + Market as Executive Chef before founding Taste Test.
