An evening at the opera: The little prince

Join the Alliance Française de Dallas for a magical evening at the Winspear Opera House as we attend the acclaimed operatic adaptation of The Little Prince. Based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s beloved classic, this production invites audiences of all ages on an unforgettable journey through imagination, friendship, and the essential truths that “are invisible to the eye.”
The Little Prince follows a stranded pilot who encounters a mysterious young traveler from another planet. Together, they explore themes of love, loss, responsibility, and the wonder of seeing the world with one’s heart.
Originally commissioned by Houston Grand Opera, this production is a collaboration with Santa Fe Opera, Skylight Opera Theatre, Tulsa Opera, and Boston Lyric Opera.
