January 14: Presentation – Surrealism and its context January 21: Workshop – How to describe a Surrealist painting in French January 24: Guided Visit – Surrealist revolution exhibit at the DMA Explore the dreamlike visions, language and ideas that shaped one of the most imaginative movements in modern art.

The class requires a minimum of 4 students for the full 2-hour session. If only 3 students register, the class will still take place but will be shortened to 1.5 hours. If fewer than 3 students register, the class will be canceled.
