Synopsis: At the age of 10, Rémi is snatched from his adoptive mother and entrusted to the signor Vitalis, a mysterious itinerant musician. At his side, he will experience the harsh life of an acrobat and learn how to sing to earn a loaf of bread. In company of his faithful dog and a small monkey named Joli-Coeur, he will undertake a long trip through France, made of new encouters, friendships, hardships and mutual assistance. This trip might ultimately lead him to discover his origins...
