Welcome to our Rustic Harvest Table Cooking Class, where you will make and enjoy a gourmet menu inspired by the rustic autumn flavors of the French countryside.

Menu :
- Harvest Salad : Roasted butternut, crunchy pecans, savory feta, and crispy bacon in a fresh, seasonal salad.
- Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze : Juicy pork tenderloin roasted and finished with a sweet and savory balsamic glaze.
- 2 Potatoes Gratin : Creamy gratin of potatoes and sweet potatoes.
- Red Wine & Spiced Poached Pears with Chocolate Sauce : Pears poached in spiced red wine, served with rich dark chocolate sauce.

- Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience, working collaboratively in teams.
- With class sizes limited to 14 students, our skilled chefs provide personalized guidance during the 2-hour session.
- All recipes will be delivered directly to your inbox, ensuring you can effortlessly recreate these Parisian delights.
