About the actor:
Jimmy Jean-Louis is an internationally recognized Haitian actor, producer, and former fashion model. Born in Haiti and trained in theater and dance in Paris, he has built a diverse career spanning film and television in Europe, Africa, and the United States.
He is widely known for his roles in major international productions such as Heroes, Desperate Housewives, Tears of the Sun (alongside Bruce Willis), and The Bourne Identity. Through his work, he has been a strong advocate for greater representation of Francophone, African, and Caribbean stories on screen.
Beyond acting, Jimmy Jean-Louis is deeply committed to humanitarian and cultural initiatives, particularly in support of Haiti. He regularly uses his platform to promote cultural dialogue, education, and social engagement through cinema and the arts.
